Connor's team played in the Hammer's Cup tournament this weekend. It was a last minute entry as a favor to the hosting club, so we were missing a couple boys. And then the night before, two more boys caught the flu. So our boys played with one substitute, and most of them ended up with A LOT of playing time.We were the undefeated champions of the tournament. In the finals, the score was 1-1 and went into overtime. Connor scored the winning goal with 4 minutes left in the game. It was amazing. The boys were so proud of themselves, as this was their first "first place" finish. Way to go, Connor!
